The 3rd generation of gaming

So whats everyone's favorite 3rd gen console (PC is included) and on that console what is you favorite games and features?

I honestly am a xbox over all
Im addicted to Gears of War on it and Call of Duty 4 and WaW (just for nazi zomies )
And I love the how you can get classic arcades games right off the marketplace (DOOM FTW!! )

Well, I guess I'd have to say the NES. And I already mentioned my favorite games in another thread, but I like Mega Man II.

Looks like your talking about 360, Wii, PS3 and PC which we have a very similar thread for (that you've posted in?)
If its the NES era which i doubt by the mentioning of gears then again there is one.
Just to reiterate though I go with the PC for as much as possible because i like the controls and quite often the games are cheaper, run better and can be patched and modded easier.
As far as consoles go i only have the 360 because i see no reason to get the others yet. Graphics are pretty much the same between 360 and PS3 but the 360 has been around longer so it has had time to find its feet, deal with problems and build up a selection of great games.

by third gen i meant of "gen-x" consoles sorry for that amateur mistake :O
